The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College golf team’s future looks bright after signing three top recruits for the 2013-2014 golf season.  The Bulldogs are looking to win their sixth straight NJCAA Region XXIII championship and fourth straight MACJC title this spring.

Danny De Los Santos signed a letter of intent on January 23.  The junior golfer from Lancaster, Texas, finished runner-up in the prestigious Dallas Morning News Invitational and made the Texas Regional High School Championship Tournament all three years as an individual, winning two regional medalist titles.  He was named North Texas Player of the Year in 2010.  Brandon Robertson and Fant Carpenter of Stone High School also signed letters.  The two seniors have played No. 1 and No. 2 at Stone High School for three years.

“These three outstanding golfers will really help my roster next year,” says coach Tommy Snell.  “I will have five freshmen coming back next year, and these three guys will be great additions to an experienced team.”
