MGCCC kicker Tristan Reynolds
A perfect night against Southwest has earned Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College kicker Tristan Reynolds MACJC Special Teams Player of the Week honors. Reynolds, a freshman from Petal, was 6-for-6 on extra points and booted two field goals in the Bulldogs’ 48-7 win over Southwest Oct. 10. Reynolds’ second field goal was a season long 45-yarder that extends his streak of successful field goals to four in a row. On the season, Reynolds is 7-of-11 on field goals and 25 out of 27 on extra points. He joins Cavellis Luckett and Trey Wafford as Bulldogs who’ve earned MACJC Player of the Week honors in 2013. Gulf Coast hosts Co-Lin Saturday for Homecoming 2013 at 2 p.m. at A.L. May Memorial Stadium in Perkinston.
